St Keyna Showcase
Our E-team won first prize in B&NES E-Team competition....check out their film and see why we are becoming recognised nationally for our equalities work...the film was made by the children with some ace editing by Mrs Harris.
After weeks of rehearsals and an initial postponement of the planned performance, Topaz class finally got to perform 'E-A-S-T-E-R Spells Easter' at the Keynsham Methodist Church 'Shoppers Service'. The children sang, acted and narrated brilliantly, as one lady remarked, 'That's the best performance of Easter I've ever seen!'. Another lady commented, 'I've seen many school performances in my time but I've never seen one of Easter and your children portrayed the difficult story so meaningfully.'

Young and Old
On 8th March 2016 5 Year 4 pupils visited a local Care Home, Mostyn Lodge, the fifth visit since the project started last year. The project, called Paint Pals, is funded by Comic Relief and is designed to encourage communication and relationship between young and old, through art. The children and residents all thoroughly enjoyed their time together as the photos below demonstrate.
